This latest event by <strong data-start=\"294\" data-end=\"302\">SDPO<\/strong> has been designed to allow the <strong data-start=\"334\" data-end=\"369\">greatest number of participants<\/strong> to take part in the adventure, whatever their level.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"424\" data-end=\"812\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">While a half marathon already requires sustained endurance and a marathon remains a demanding challenge that calls for rigor and consistency, the <strong data-start=\"570\" data-end=\"588\">10 km distance<\/strong> stands out as the <strong data-start=\"607\" data-end=\"636\">ideal format for everyone<\/strong>. Neither too short to frustrate endurance runners, nor too long to discourage occasional athletes, it strikes the perfect balance between effort, enjoyment, and accessibility.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"814\" data-end=\"958\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">It is a distance many runners are familiar with from training, often completed in <strong data-start=\"896\" data-end=\"915\">around one hour<\/strong>, making it both reassuring and motivating.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"960\" data-end=\"1226\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The course will start from the <strong data-start=\"991\" data-end=\"1019\">Terrace of the Elephants<\/strong>, before gradually plunging into the <strong data-start=\"1056\" data-end=\"1066\">jungle<\/strong>, weaving through <strong data-start=\"1084\" data-end=\"1109\">winding single tracks<\/strong> in the heart of lush, tropical nature.
