Poverty is particularly prevalent in rural areas and among children, who make up more than half the country&rsquo;s population. Most Cambodian children suffer from malnutrition: 45 per cent of children show signs of moderate or severe stunting (source: UNICEF).<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">As every year, SDPO, already a godfather of the Mr Red Nose Association, and all the UTA runners participate in their own way to help the most destitute. <strong>3 NGOs, schools, villages<\/strong> benefit from humanitarian aid in the form of financial donations or clothes, school supplies, toys&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The SDPO team and thanks to a donation from a generous donor registered on the UTA 2023, Michel Bach, have participated in the <strong>reconstruction of the bridge at Banteay Samre<\/strong>.
